2. Website delivery

This static website is provided on a dedicated web server at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. When the site is requested, technically necessary connection data such as the IP address, time, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer and browser identifier may be processed in server logs to deliver the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Daily rotation with no more than 14 rotation states is currently configured. Empty logs are not rotated, so this does not create a fixed retention period of 14 calendar days.

3. No memory collection

Foreverlane is an information page only. It provides no user account, storage, uploads, contact form or function for collecting personal memories.

4. No analytics or third-party media

The site uses no analytics, advertising trackers, externally loaded fonts or embedded third-party media. A manual light or dark appearance choice may be stored only in your browser and is not transmitted to us.

5. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
